As co-Founder of IEBC, I very warmly welcome Emeritus Professor Huzur Saran, IIT Delhi as Member and Chairperson of our esteemed Supervisory Board. He also served as Head of Computer Science and Engineering department of IIT Delhi.
Prof. Saran completed his B.Tech at IIT Delhi in 1983 and earned his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1989, specializing in algorithms, graph theory, and high-speed computer networks.
His domain expertise and Institutional Leadership is par excellence.
A humble human like him is rare and we are so privileged to have him as part of our Leadership.

IEBC is leading an MSME & Engineering Delegation to Estonia from 24–30 September 2026. Over seven days in Tallinn, the mission connects Indian MSMEs and engineering companies with Estonia’s industrial, technology, innovation and investment ecosystem, through curated B2B matchmaking, factory floor visits and institutional meetings.
Major events in Tallinn during the delegation dates serve as strategic anchors: the Tallinn Defence Expo, IEEE PEMC 2026 on power electronics, the International Maritime Conference, the Clean Industry for Security & Competitiveness seminar, and the opening of the Tallinn Design Festival.
Who should join — companies in engineering and manufacturing, electrical and electronics, automation and advanced manufacturing, energy and clean technology, defence and dual-use, and maritime and mobility.
- Dates. 24–30 September 2026, Tallinn, Estonia.
- Registration closes. 3 September 2026, with balance and documents due by 5 September.
- Indicative package. €3,500 per participant (€500 registration plus €3,000 balance), subject to finalisation of airfares, accommodation, exchange rates and visa-related charges.
- Delegate privilege. Every registered delegate is entitled to a 50% concession on IEBC membership.
- Indian meals shall be provided at dinner through the mission.
Participants holding a valid Schengen visa will not be charged the applicable visa fee through IEBC, subject to submission of valid visa proof.
