Bootcamp Estonia.
A programme for Indian startup founders to gain exposure to Estonia’s innovation ecosystem, mentorship and international networks. Bootcamp Estonia identifies promising Indian startup ideas and helps early stage founders explore collaboration, growth and partnership opportunities between the two countries. IEBC’s role is that of a facilitator, mentor and ecosystem connector.
Registration and screening

Startup development programme
EUR 900programme feeSelected startups join a structured three month programme built to prepare them for engagement with international innovation ecosystems.

Important to know
- Bootcamp Estonia complements broader engagement with Estonia’s startup ecosystem, including resources connected with Startup Estonia and other stakeholders.
- Where appropriate, selected startups may be introduced to relevant organisations, investors, accelerators or ecosystem partners.
- Participation does not guarantee funding or admission to any accelerator or support programme.
- All investment and funding decisions remain solely at the discretion of the respective organisations.
Study Free in Estonia 2027.
A structured mentorship and application support programme for high potential Indian students aiming for the September 2027 intake at leading Estonian universities. IEBC supports students at every stage, from choosing the right university to preparing successful applications and navigating admissions, alongside scholarship awareness and innovation pathways.
Registration and screening
INR 2,000registration feeApplications remain open for two weeks from the official launch. IEBC announces shortlisted candidates within two weeks after the window closes.

IEBC mentorship programme
INR 8,000mentorship feeSelected candidates join the six month mentorship programme, running 15 July 2026 to 15 January 2027, designed to prepare students for admission and scholarship opportunities.

Visa and pre-departure
Guidance on student visa and residence permit, documentation and travel preparation.

Introductory guidance on Estonia’s startup ecosystem and innovation support.

Prashant Kumar Sharma
Co-Founder, Indo-Estonia Business Council
An international relations strategist with over 25 years of experience advancing partnerships across India, the Baltic States and the Nordic region. A pioneer in India and Estonia relations, he has advised the University of Tartu and TalTech as Advisor for India Affairs, served as Honorary Representative for the Baltic States at the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and advised Finland’s Tekes. His leadership spans the IIT Council Secretariat and IIT Kharagpur.
