What we do for the corridor.

IEBC turns the India and Estonia relationship into practical work. Across talent, academia, culture and policy, we connect institutions, businesses and governments and help them collaborate with purpose.

Human Capital & Skills
Academia & Education
Cultural Diplomacy
Government & Policy

Four ways we build the bridge.

Each service connects a strength on one side of the corridor with a need on the other. Together they form a practical programme for cooperation between academia, industry and government.

01

Talent & workforce

Human Capital & Skills Development

Skilled people are the foundation of growth. We strengthen the links between education, industry and government so talent can meet the demands of a global economy.

IEBC connects universities, research institutions, training centres, businesses and professional bodies across India and Estonia, creating opportunities for academic partnerships, student engagement, professional training and capacity building.

The Council promotes knowledge sharing through seminars, workshops, conferences and specialised training in fields like digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI, e-governance and entrepreneurship, giving people exposure to international best practice and future-ready skills.

By linking academia and industry, we open internships, mentorship, research and practical training, helping students gain real-world experience and organisations access emerging talent, and we connect leaders and innovators from both countries into a globally connected ecosystem.
